Pickled Black Seedless Grapes in Pinot Noir Syrup

Hints of rare scented geranium, lemon verbena, black pepper, exotic French tea, blackberry, anise, cardamom and bergamot. Delicious with ham, beef, pork tenderloin, duck and especially lamb, with sharp cheeses and pâté.

Pickled Green Grapes in Chardonnay Syrup

Complex hints of lavender, lemon verbena, white pepper, vanilla,basil, honey, bay leaf, apple, Earl Grey tea. Delicious with chicken or fish, pasta with cream sauce, in salads, with mild soft cheeses.

Pickled Whole Dark Cherries in Merlot Syrup

Raspberry vinegar and complex hints of scented geranium, galangal root, bergamot, black pepper, cinnamon, vanilla and bay. Serve with pork, duck, game hens, quail, beef or lamb, pâté, with cheese. Not pitted.

Cranberry Raspberry Relish

Cranberries are baked with brandy and sugar to candy whole, then blended with raspberry jelly, fresh-squeezed orange juice, home-candied orange peel and a bit of Pinot Noir. Not too sweet, the flavor of cranberry, orange and raspberry comes through strongly. Delicious with turkey or other poultry, pork roast, ham, beef or lamb. Good with desserts as well--on pound cake, ice cream, as a crêpe filling, on toast.
